so i am very excited, and a bit overwhelmed, to speak this coming Sunday. it has been a while, and there is so much i am convinced that God has laid on my heart to share. last weekend Evan left the challenge to step outside your comfort zone, and i added to that challenge to think of your life as if on a lifeboat as you step outside that comfort zone.
my hope is that this Sunday's message will be an interactive one. i hope and trust that, most of you, have been faithful to the challenge(s) presented to you last service. with all i feel compelled to present i hope there can be some honest dialogue within and throughout the message.
it is rare, in fact i don't think its ever happened before, that i have come up with a message title before the day of the message. so in a message i have titled "Jump Ship" (keeping with the lifeboat premise) my hope is to have an honest-brutally honest- interactive, and challenging dialogue touching on living a life of holiness pointing to the glory and love of Christ.
